Student's policy :
01/
classes are held on Zoom rooms where video is shared for better interaction between the tutor and the students , Thus it is a must to keep the privacy of both tutor and student .Men are strictly Not Allowed to be there in the same room during classes with our Female tutors otherwise Course is immediately cancelled with refund.
02/
Student choose the schedule he wants and he will be asked to be totally committed to his classes regarding frequency and time .
03/
Student of all our plans can reschedule his class IF He leave a notice AT LEAST 3 HOURS BEFORE THE CLASS. New class time must be convenient with his tutor's schedule.
04/
Our Golden's plan students are able to Cancel 25% of their classes per every calendar month with full refund , cancellation beyond that is not refundable . yet they can reschedule classes instead .
Our regular students cannot cancel classes yet they can only reschedule them after a 6 hours prior class rescheduling notice as mentioned before.
05/
Student Must be there on Time for his class.The tutor is supposed to wait for late students for half of the class's time only . If the student come late teacher will not be able to compensate lost minutes owing to her busy schedule .
06/
Payments should be done after FREE EVALUATION CLASS and before starting the course . and every 4 weeks . Classes are automaticaly suspended after 3 days Payment delay .
